Hi, my name is Emma. I am 10. I live in a house with my family. We are from Ontario, in Canada. I’ve got brown hair and blue eyes. I’m not very tall. I’ve got a mum and a dad. I’ve got three cats, too: Pixie, Dixie and Trixie. They are funny, but they are always making a mess. I can skate and ski. I can speak French, and I can play the guitar. My hobbies are playing the guitar and playing with my cats.

This is my mum. Her name is Emily. She is 42. She has got blonde hair and blue eyes. She is short and slim. She is a dentist. She can repair your teeth if you’ve got a toothache. Some children are afraid of her, because they don’t like going to the dentist’s. But my mum is a real wizard. She can make everybody smile! Her hobbies are roller-skating, riding a bike and making biscuits. Without sugar, of course!

This is my dad. His name is Patrick. He is 45. He has got brown hair and brown eyes. He is not very tall, and he is plump. He is a cook. He works at school and cooks for children. Children like his meals, especially his pancakes with dark chocolate! He likes his job very much, because his cooking makes the children happy. I’m happy too, because he cooks for us every day. I like his vegetable soups best!
